Empowering Teens with Compassion and Support

About Me

With over 27 years of experience working with young people in education and a deep passion for supporting their growth, I am dedicated to helping teens overcome barriers and reach their full potential.

I specialise in fostering mental health, self-discovery, and resilience in teens through evidence-based counselling practices. My approach is rooted in inclusivity, empathy, connection, and an ongoing journey of self-discovery. I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental therapeutic space where individuals can explore and experience themselves with greater compassion.

Beyond my professional life, I am a devoted mum who has raised four teenagers. Having lived and worked in the beautiful Whitsundays for over 14 years, I bring both personal and professional insights into my work with young people and their families.

Champions of Tomorrow

To young people of equality,
Who question strict tradition,
The girls who dare, the boys who care,
To seek a wider vision.

To young people of integrity,
Who neither judge nor blame,
But open up their minds to hear,
Opinions not the same.

To young people of acceptance,
Who readily embrace,
The rich tapestry of cultures,
From every land and race.

To young people of the future
On whom our hopes depend,
Our heritage will be preserved,
And prejudice will end.
